The project As part of the forthcoming opening of an exceptional new address on the Right Bank of Paris, combining high-end hospitality with a refined dining concept, Epure Hospitality Search is recruiting a Chef de Rang. We are looking for an experienced professional with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, capable of delivering elegant, attentive and personalised service to both French and international guests. Key responsibilities * Prepare and check the setup of your section before each service * Welcome, advise and assist guests throughout their experience * Present the menu and promote the restaurant’s offering * Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen * Coordinate service with commis waiters and the wider team * Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure smooth, precise and personalised service * Handle special requests or comments with tact and responsiveness * Maintain the establishment’s service standards and assist with resetting the dining room Candidate profile You have proven experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
