General Manager – Aparthotel – Lyon Epure Hospitality Search is recruiting a General Manager for an aparthotel with more than 100 apartments, located in Lyon and part of an international hospitality group. The property is primarily focused on accommodation, with a breakfast offering and no traditional restaurant operation. Key responsibilities * Oversee all property operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, quality and overall performance * Lead, support and develop the teams and department heads * Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs and key performance indicators * Drive revenue growth in collaboration with the sales and revenue teams * Deliver continuous improvement in guest experience, cleanliness and online review scores * Ensure compliance with group standards, procedures and statutory requirements Candidate profile * Proven experience as a General Manager within a hotel or aparthotel * Previous experience managing a property with more than 100 rooms or apartments * Demonstrated results in guest satisfaction, ideally with a Booking.com or GRI score of at least 8.6 * Previous hotel management experience in France would be an advantage * Fluent written and spoken French and English * Approachable, structured and results-driven leadership style * Strong operational, commercial and financial management skills Package and conditions * Permanent full-time position * Location: Lyon * Fixed gross annual salary: €70,000 to €75,000 * Target bonus: 15% * Preferred start date: as soon as possible * No company accommodation provided * An English-language CV is required for presentation to the client Applications Please send your CV to: contact@epure-hospitality.com or apply via: www.epure-hospitality.com Epure Hospitality Search Excellence in recruitment is never improvised.
